چکیده

The conscious and efficient reuse of historic buildings has turned out to be a fundamental point European programs for the management conservation Architectural Heritage. In this context, Industrial Heritage shows architectural spatial peculiarities that facilitate its change use performance updating. fact, large internal spaces limit issue material compatibility retrofit interventions on casing. Often industrial heritage are solved with new architectures designed completely inserted inside original envelope, remaining independent from it. This work presents project an building in city Sagunto, Spain, where logic “box within box” is re-proposed aim constructive flexibility. research design methodology allows functional modules old according flexibility requirements how means environmental sustainability occasion disused reuse.
